Meet the TEAM of SDS Homes Construction
Sean: After years of flipping and remodeling homes and investing in Real Estate, Sean decided to take all his knowledge and experience and start his own company (SDS Homes Construction Corp.) and never looked back! Sean has been involved in many custom home builds, home remodels, room additions and 2nd dwellings ADU’s. Sean is a licensed general contractor and real estate agent.
Shantel: Has always been in the finance world. She has her master’s degree in human resource and has been working in the banking industry for years. Working with Sean she has become the finances for their company. She also helps keep everything on schedule.
Dave: Has been in construction for 15 years, ten of those years he has been a licensed contractor. Dave specializes in carpentry and framing. He has built many homes, done custom remodels, and is well versed in bathrooms and kitchens.
