Sean and Shantel are not only business partners but married in love as well. They have been working together almost since they day they met. After years in Real Estate and flipping homes Sean and Shantel started doing home remodels and room additions. Sean decided to take all his knowledge and experience and started building custom homes and never looked back! Sean has been involved in many custom home builds, home remodels, room additions and 2nd dwellings ADU’s. Sean is a licensed general contractor and real estate agent.

Shantel has always been in the finance world. She has her master’s degree in human resources and has been working in the banking industry for years. Working with Sean she oversees the finances for SDS Homes Construction Corp. Being a very organized person she also keeps all their projects on schedule as the project manager.
