Pay Range:

$80,000 – $140,000/year

Responsibilities:

Prepare preliminary budgets and estimates

Perform quantity takeoffs

Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids

Develop proposal pricing and scope packages

Review plans and specifications

Identify value engineering opportunities

Maintain cost databases and historical pricing

Support contract and proposal development
